Campaigns

Send the same request to many agencies at once.

A campaign sends the same request, each drafted to its own agency's rules, to several agencies at once — for example, the same records request to twelve city police departments.

Each agency in a campaign is tracked from there as its own request, with its own deadline, follow-ups and appeals.

A campaign to 12 agencies uses 12 requests from your monthly plan limit, one per agency. See the Billing guide for what counts toward your limit.
