What counts as a request
A request is one letter sent to one agency. Drafts, follow-ups, appeals and replies don't count against your limit — only the send does. A campaign to 12 agencies uses 12 requests. Requests are pooled across your whole account, reset each billing period, and don't roll over. If you reach the limit, you can still write drafts; an admin upgrades the plan to send more.
Pricing questions
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
You can keep drafting requests and follow-ups — you just can't send until the next billing period or an admin upgrades the plan.
Do unused requests roll over?
No. Requests are pooled across the account and reset at the start of each billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, an admin can change the plan from Billing inside the app at any time.
