How these terms work

Who we are: FOIAGen is a service by VeraGen, independent and not affiliated with any government agency. What it does: helps you find the right public body, write and send requests when you choose, and track deadlines and replies. What it does not do: it is not a law firm and gives no legal advice; no agency is guaranteed to answer or release records; nothing is sent without your click. Your account: keep your sign-in safe; an account always has at least one admin. Plans: your monthly allowance counts every letter sent to an agency; drafts are never blocked; unused allowance doesn't carry over. Cancelling: the plan runs to the end of the paid period, then moves to Free. Your content stays yours. Questions: the contact form on the Help page.
