Requests
Track status, history and everything tied to one letter.
A request is the record of one letter sent to one agency: the original letter, its deadline, any follow-ups, appeals, replies and released documents.
Every message and date is kept in order on the request, so you have a clean history to show an editor, a client or a court without digging through email.
A request has one owner on a team account, so it is always clear who is responsible for it. See the Teams guide for how ownership and visibility work.
Drafting, following up and appealing on an existing request does not use another request from your monthly limit; every letter sent to an agency counts.
