Admins and members, and who can see what.

On Pro and Team plans, an admin can invite members, assign requests to them, and see every request on the account.

A member works their own requests and anything assigned to them. A request has one owner, so it is always clear who is responsible.

Admins see every request; a member sees the requests they created and the ones assigned to them.
